  • 4 Bun'n'Roll Bridor 
  • 60 g Mesclun 
  • 120 g Old-fashioned tomatoes
  • 40 g Red onion pickles 
  • 4 Angus steaks 150 g 
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 160 g Burger sauce 
  • Affila cress 
  • Burger sauce: 15g Mayonnaise, 15g Mustard, 10g Philadelphia
  • Red Onion Pickles: 200 g water, 100 g vinegar, 50 g sugar, 10 g beetroot powder, 2 red onions, salt

  • For the pickled onions: In a pan, boil the water with the sugar, add the vinegar, then the beetroot powder,
  • Add the onion slices and bring to the boil again
  • Pour into a jam jar and close the lid quickly, after cooling keep in the fridge 
  • For the burger sauce: mix the mayonnaise, mustard and Philadelphia together
  • Fry the steaks for a few minutes on each side
  • Open the Bun'n'Rolls in the middle
  • Place the burger sauce and a few slices of tomato on the base. 
  • Add the steak and then the melted cheddar. 
  • Finish with the red onion pickles, some mesclun leaves and the top of the Bun'n'Roll
